Scrum Day Keynote South Africa: Take No Prisoners

I gave the keynote address for Scrum Day in South Africa, filling in for Ken Schwaber who had a bicycle accident the previous week. The group asked me to talk about the paper we presented at Agile 2009 called "Take No Prisoners: How a Venture Capital Group Does Scrum."

A good time was had by all even though I did it remotely using Acrobat Connect and Skype video. Click here for the slide presentation. For the paper, click on "Jeff Sutherland's Papers" on the left side of the page. The paper is being expanded and upgraded for the Hawaii International Conference on Systems Sciences and will be uploaded shortly.
